1. Operator

2. Orders

A purchase contract is concluded when the buyer places an order and the seller confirms it by e-mail.

3. Prices & payment

Prices include VAT. Payment by bank transfer or cash on delivery; card payment coming soon.

4. Delivery

Orders are dispatched within 2 business days. Free shipping over 59 €.

5. Withdrawal

You may return goods without giving a reason within 30 days of receipt (we voluntarily extend the statutory 14-day period). Custom-made items (e.g. name engraving) are exempt. Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

6. Complaints

See our complaints policy. Warranty period: 24 months.

7. Product safety

All products comply with EU Regulation 2023/988 (GPSR). Textiles are OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 certified. Care and safety instructions are included with every product.
