Complaints Policy

1. Warranty

All goods carry a 24-month warranty from receipt. It does not cover normal wear, mechanical damage or damage caused by incorrect care.

2. How to claim

1. Write to patriktakac420@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the defect and a photo.
2. We reply within 2 business days with next steps.
3. Claims are resolved within 30 days — by repair, replacement, discount or refund.
